Return & Refund Policy

At Atom Sportswear, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our returns policy carefully, particularly when ordering personalised or custom-made products.

Standard Non-Personalised Products

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Once you have notified us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned products should be unworn, unused and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original condition.

You may inspect an item as you would reasonably be able to in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Personalised & Custom-Made Products

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because you have changed your mind.

This includes items personalised or customised with a customer-selected name, number, initials, bespoke design or other individual specifications.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Incorrect Size

Please check the relevant sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Eligible non-personalised products may be returned in accordance with our standard returns terms above.

Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because an incorrect size was ordered, unless the product is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Made-to-Order & Personalised Products

Many Atom Sportswear products are made to order. Products requiring personalisation, customisation or club-specific production may require preparation and production before they can be dispatched.

Please make sure that all sizes, names, numbers and other personalisation details are correct before completing your order.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or personalisation has started.
