We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizes and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on screen due to differences in screen settings, lighting, materials and manufacturing processes.

Atom Sportswear reserves the right to update product information, availability and pricing where necessary.

2. Orders and Payment

Full payment is required when an order is placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is complete and accurate, including contact details, delivery address, sizing and any personalisation information.

An order is not considered accepted until it has been successfully processed and confirmed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate refund where required.

3. Made-to-Order and Personalised Products

Some Atom Sportswear products are made to order or customised specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking all sizes, names, numbers, initials, colours and other personalised information before submitting an order.

Products that have been made to a customer's individual specifications or personalised specifically for them may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return.

This may include products featuring personalised names, numbers, initials, bespoke designs or other customer-specific customisation.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process and in our Shipping Policy.

Our current standard UK delivery estimate is 21–28 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including manufacturing, courier or supply-chain delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Eligible standard, non-personalised products may be returned in accordance with the cancellation and return rights explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Personalised or genuinely custom-made products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

6. Product Sizing

Customers should check the relevant sizing information carefully before ordering.

Where an item has been personalised or made to individual specifications, selecting an incorrect size does not normally provide a right to return the product unless otherwise required by law.

Third-party club badges, sponsor logos, trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as transferring ownership of any intellectual property rights to the customer.
