At Atom Sportswear, many of our products are produced specifically for each order. This allows us to offer a wide range of sportswear, club merchandise and customisation options.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery is FREE.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our current estimated delivery timeframe is 21–28 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

This timeframe includes the production and preparation of your order as well as delivery.

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Products

Many Atom Sportswear products are made to order. Products requiring personalisation, customisation or club-specific production may require preparation and production before they can be dispatched.

Please make sure that all sizes, names, numbers and other personalisation details are correct before completing your order.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or personalisation has started.

Delivery Estimates & Delays

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasionally, orders may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including production delays, courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays or other unexpected events.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will aim to keep you informed.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after ordering, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate.
