Made-to-Order Products

Many Atom Sportswear products are produced following an order and may require a production period before dispatch.

Being made following an order does not, by itself, remove any cancellation or return rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Different rules may apply where products are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.

Personalisation & Customisation

Where personalisation is available, customers are responsible for checking that all information submitted is correct, including names, numbers, initials, sizes and other requested details.

Please check spelling, capitalisation and numbers carefully before submitting your order.

Once production or personalisation has started, we may be unable to change or cancel the personalised element of an order.

Clearly personalised products or products made to individual specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraudulent activity, product availability problem or an inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded.

Standard non-personalised products and personalised/custom-made products may be subject to different cancellation and return rules.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, qualifying products or minimum order values.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error or misuse.
